Renshaw Napier

Hallowe'en

Planning ahead for Hallowe'en and want to try something new?

Try making our "Spooky" Cup Cakes - A fabulous combination of Renshaw's delicious Injectable Creamy Caramel and our Premium Bakers Coating.

Take a chocolate cup cake, carefully trim to make a flat surface ensuring the top is slightly lower than the top of the cup cake case.  Fill a disposable piping bag with Renshaw Injectable caramel and when ready, snip the end to make a fine tip.  Place the piping bag directly into the prepared cup cake and inject with a bulb of the caramel.

Melt the Premium Bakers Coating in a Bain Marie and flood the top of the cup cake with the melted coating.  Before the coating has time to set, take the caramel filled piping bag and pipe a spider web spiral pattern over the top of the coating.  Using the back of a knife, feather the caramel spiral to make it more web-like.  Display as they are or  use Jelly spiders to add a touch of colour.
