Renshaw offers an extensive range of coatings that have been designed for the bakery, confectionery, ice cream and food service markets.
These coatings are easy to use, with no tempering required and their consistency gives excellent results time after time. Our advanced manufacturing process enables us to produce a range of viscosities with smooth mouth-feel giving excellent customer appeal. All of the coatings are available in a non-hydrogenated format.
Chocolate flavour coatings remain the most popular, however our NPD department has also developed toffee and yoghurt flavour coatings, fruit coatings containing real fruit powders. They can of course work on any bespoke recipes required subject to minimum volumes being met and all our coatings can be supplied in either bar or drop format.

Renchoco
Premium quality flavour and texture makes this product the next best thing to real chocolate. It is suitable for moulding, dipping, coating and baking. Its thin consistency both enables it to go further when coating and produce a fantastic gloss finish.

Renshaw Premium Coating
A general purpose range of coating drops that provide a rich chocolate appearance, smooth clean taste and are ideal for enrobing, dipping, spraying, panning, moulding and filling.
This range also includes toffee caramel coating and yoghurt drops that give wonderful alternative flavours with the same ease of use.

Bake-in Chips
Developed for high temperature application across the whole bakery industry, this product is ideal for muffins and cookies and other lines where a bake stable inclusion is required.

Chocolate Logs
These logs are perforated so they can each be cleanly broken into three even-sized pieces.

Other Coatings
Other coatings can be produced to specific customer requirements, either chocolate flavour based or by using fruit or other confectionary flavours. Viscosity and colour can be adapted with various packaging options to suit most requirements. Liquid coating can also be produced for tanker deliveries. Information is available on request.
