We offer a variety of organic sugars sourced from organic farmers and processors that comply with the UK/EU Organic Food and Farming regulations.
These are validated by the Soil Association who has the highest standards for organic production and processing in the world. Organically grown sugar cane is produced in a natural environment without the use of artificial pesticides and fertilisers. This aims to provide wholesome food whilst promoting consideration for the environment and wildlife. Organically grown sugar still contains the natural elements specific to the cane plant producing a richer taste and aroma particular to cane sugar.
Our organic sugar is Kosher and is also certified by other recognised bodies worldwide.
